Saran Sivashanmugam is the Director of Platform Engineering at Visa’s Digital and Developer organization. Saran leads the team that enables cloud-native technologies in his group. Previously Saran was Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) manager at Rackspace. Saran resides in Austin, Texas with his wife and two school-age daughters. He is an avid reader plus listener of technology and leadership books. When not working, Saran spends time playing with his Raspberry Pi rack cluster.
