Melvin Hillsman is a Senior SRE at Red Hat. He is passionate about user and developer collaboration and cross-community interaction and communication. Prior to Red Hat he helped launch OpenLab while working closely with members of the Kubernetes, OpenStack, CNCF, CloudFoundry, AdoptOpenJDK, and OPNFV communities. Melvin enjoys online gaming, learning and reading about technology and world news, watching movies, and hanging out with his wife Angela and son Frederick in Houston, TX.
